Matt Shuff

Matt Shuff is an up-and-coming Hyper-Preterist from Oklahoma City. He surfaced earlier this year after joining Jason Bradfield's "Sovereign Grace Preterism," and making himself known to the community at large. Although he previously ran a site called "Confirm the Promises," he disappeared for while, and was thought (by us) to have dropped off the radar. However, he recently re-invented himself and is now running a new website called "Israel Reborn." His chief influences are Don Preston and the infamous "Martin & Vaughn." Shuff writes: "Once I had heard the corporate body view of resurrection, I was able to accept [hyper] preterism. I knew I would be a "heretic", but in the end I decided knowing the truth was more important than receiving approval. Whenever I hear people mocking and condemning [hyper] preterism, I just laugh because I know we're getting free advertisement!" Like most Hyper-Preterists, Shuff has an unreasonable urge to spread his teachings around. As one year ends and another begins, prepare to hear something from him.
